hey darling was founded in April 2022 with the aim of bringing you delicious specialty coffee, laid back vibes, and very tasty food.

With three locations in Naas, Kill and now Sallins, we’re passionate about our coffee and are proud to have collaborated with local coffee roaster, Club Óige, to create our own hey darling coffee beans, sourced from incredible producers around the world.

We also use high-quality, fresh and locally sourced produce for our bagels and toasties.

We’re proud to be a dog-friendly neighbourhood spot that brings you something that’s extra special.
