hey darling was founded in April 2022 with the aim of bringing you delicious specialty coffee, laid back vibes, and very tasty food.

With three locations in Naas, Kill and now Sallins, we’re passionate about our coffee and use Connemara-based coffee roasters, Calendar Coffee, to ensure we’re serving the best and most consistent coffee around. We also use high-quality, fresh and locally sourced produce for our bagels and toasties.
